1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ReviseRight at reviseright.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including students, parents and teachers.
2. Description of service
ReviseRight is an AI-powered revision question generator. Users upload textbook pages and the service generates revision questions and answers based on that content. The service is available via browser at reviseright.in.
3. Eligibility
ReviseRight is intended for students from Class 1 to Class 10 in India. Users under the age of 13 should use the service with parental consent and supervision. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Account registration
You must sign in using a valid Google account to use ReviseRight. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person’s account. Each Google account is entitled to 2 free chapters.
5. Free and paid plans
ReviseRight offers 2 free chapters upon registration. After the free chapters are used, continued access requires a paid subscription. Current plans are ₹199 per month for 10 chapters, ₹299 per month for 20 chapters, and ₹399 per month for 30 chapters. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
6. Payments and refunds
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscription fees are charged monthly. We offer a refund within 7 days if you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from using the service. Change of mind, unused chapters or dissatisfaction with AI-generated content do not qualify for a refund. To request a refund, email reviserightzone@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use ReviseRight only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You must not:
- Share, resell or redistribute questions generated by ReviseRight on a commercial basis
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or replicate the ReviseRight platform
- Upload any content that is illegal, offensive or unrelated to educational textbooks
- Attempt to bypass the chapter limit through any technical means
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts to access the service
8. Intellectual property
The ReviseRight platform, its design, branding and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Krystle Art Publications. The questions generated by ReviseRight based on your uploaded textbook pages are for your personal revision use only. Original textbook content belongs to its respective publishers and copyright owners.
9. Privacy
Your use of ReviseRight is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it at reviseright.in/privacy-policy.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting reviserightzone@gmail.com.
11. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of ReviseRight at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted at reviseright.in/terms-and-conditions with a revised effective date. We recommend checking this page periodically.
13. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of ReviseRight shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
